The install
What actually gets installed?
One primary acquisition system: your CRM, funnel, automations, one approved Meta or Google campaign, a content system and starter AI tools. Unlimited campaigns and custom development aren't included.
Is it done for me, or do I build it?
Done with you. Our team does the building over live video, and you're on the call so you understand every piece. You won't be left with a system you can't run.
Is it all virtual?
Yes. Every session happens on live video with our team, so it works anywhere in Canada or the US. You'll need a laptop and access to your accounts.
Whose accounts is it built in?
Yours. The ad accounts, pages, CRM and data all sit in accounts you own. If you ever stop working with us, everything stays with you.
What do I need before we start?
A licence in good standing, a Meta business account (we'll help you set one up), access to your CRM if you have one, and a budget for ad spend.
How long does it take?
The program runs six months. Your system is installed in your first 30 days, then months two to six are coaching, optimization and accountability.

Who is it for?
Licensed mortgage agents, brokers, team owners and US loan officers who want their own pipeline instead of renting one from lead vendors and agencies.
Who isn't it for?
If you're not licensed yet, or you want leads with no involvement at all, it isn't a fit right now.
Do you work with US loan officers?
Yes. The system was built in Canada and works for US loan officers, with the rules that matter on both sides of the border built in.
What about compliance?
Every ad is built for Meta's financial services ad rules and your licence disclosures. We're not a compliance department, so your brokerage or compliance officer still signs off before anything goes live.
Cost and ownership
How much does it cost?
We go through pricing on your strategy call, once we know the program fits. Ad spend and outside software are separate.
Am I locked into a retainer?
The point is that you stop renting. Once it's installed it's yours, and you don't need us to keep it running.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Nobody honest can guarantee mortgage volume. What we can promise is a properly built system in your accounts and a team that will help you run it.

What happens after the install?
Months two to six: weekly coaching, campaign optimization, accountability on your numbers and 7+ live sessions a week on ROAM.
Can my assistant run it?
Yes. Everything's documented. If you want help, LendMate can put a trained mortgage assistant on it. That's optional.
