We teach marketing and lead generation to mortgage professionals. We are not a lender or mortgage brokerage on this website, we don't arrange or originate loans through it, and nothing here is an offer of credit.
Not legal or compliance advice
Mortgage advertising is regulated. In the US that can include TILA/Regulation Z, RESPA and the SAFE Act, plus state licensing rules. In Canada it includes provincial regulators and your brokerage's policies. We explain how we build marketing with these rules in mind, but you are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to you and for any approvals your company requires.
No guarantee of results
We don't guarantee any number of leads, applications, funded loans, referrals or revenue. Results depend on your market, licensing, offer, budget, follow-up, rate environment and how consistently you apply what you learn. The calculator on our home page is an illustration of your own inputs, not a projection.
